The pricing is intentional. For this service to work, it needs to be affordable at the moment you need it — standing in a parking lot, stressed, with a quote you don't understand. At $35–$65, ordering is an easy decision. And if the report saves you from an unnecessary $800 repair, it pays for itself many times over. Low price, real value.
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely through Stripe. Heardworx never sees or stores your card information — it goes directly to Stripe's encrypted system.
All sales are final once a report has been delivered. If your report isn't delivered within 24 hours due to a problem on our end, you'll receive a full refund automatically. For exceptional circumstances, reach out to heardworx@gmail.com and we'll review your situation directly.
Photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC) and PDF files. If you're uploading a repair estimate, a clear photo taken with your phone works fine — just make sure the text is readable and all items are visible. If you have a PDF copy, that's even better. For OBD codes, a screenshot works perfectly.
If we can't read a key part of your estimate, we'll email you at heardworx@gmail.com to ask for a clearer copy. We won't start the clock on your 24-hour window until we have everything we need.
Yes. If you know your OBD codes (e.g. P0420, P0171), just type them in the notes field on the order form. If you have a screenshot, upload that. Either works.
Yes. Reply directly to your report email with any questions about the same order. We'll answer reasonable follow-ups at no extra charge. If you need a deeper conversation, consider booking an in-person or video consultation.
No. Our reports are advisory opinions — the final decision is always yours. We give you the information and our professional view. What you do with it is up to you. We just want you to make that decision with your eyes open.
Yes. Reports are licensed to you for personal use and you can share them directly with your shop, your family, or whoever is helping you make the decision. You just can't resell or republish them commercially.
